About
Learn about what AYLA is all about!

Our Story
AYLA is a student-led organization that all began with one vision: the growth of young Asian Americans into the leaders of tomorrow. Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, the Asian community as a whole became largely misunderstood and underrepresented. We founded AYLA in order to inspire the next generation of socially-contributing adults to become leaders within their communities and to come to terms with the person they are. We believe that all individuals can grow to be proud of their background and should face no criticism for doing so. Though the organization strives to empower the Asian community, we also seek to support all minorities who face many of the same issues. Ultimately, AYLA's goal is to provide a platform for members to discuss Asian American themes and teach them to become active leaders in their communities.
How it Works
